My "wake up" moment happened after I listened to the Chris Barez-Brown podcast, Escaping Life on Autopilot on my way to work.  Chris Barez-Brown is an author and founder of an app called Wake-Up! Almond Cranberry Granola Smoothie

What is cool about making smoothie for myself is that I can be daring and playful with the ingredients. From adding yogurt, fruits, vegetables, milk, juice, even seeds and butter - the list is endless. I personally add Apple Cider Vinegar in my smoothie, just because I can't stand the flavor by itself!
