What is cool about making smoothie for myself is that I can be daring and playful with the ingredients. From adding yogurt, fruits, vegetables, milk, juice, even seeds and butter - the list is endless. I personally add Apple Cider Vinegar in my smoothie, just because I can't stand the flavor by itself!
