Back in January, I set my goals for 2020 and one of them is to take a better care of myself. Learning from past experience, I chose to set a goal each month. That is instead of having yearly goals, most of which I never accomplished. For me, monthly goals are more realistic, because priorities have a tendency to shift. Unexpected things may happen in from month to month. When I keep my goals small and simple, I have a better chance to accomplish them. That for me is a win!
