Just like when you wear layers to go outside during winter season, our body also needs layers to prepare cold weather, that includes; increasing our immune system, removing toxic from our body, and practice mindfulness to decrease stress and anxiety.

In 2015 I gave birth to my rainbow baby, who we named Mason. I use the term "rainbow baby" because I went through a fertility journey, with many lows, before I had Mason.
